The following English poem was translated by me. The author of the poem, 陳依文, wrote the Chinese below. These two stanzas are quoted from that poem,〈不想〉.

I Don't Want To

I don't want to wait only for you,
And let the song repeated over and over again.
I don't want to be noticed waiting for you as you in.
I don't want to be early, nor do I want to be late.
Neither do I want to write poetry, if you don't read.
Neither do I want to sing, if you don't listen.
I don't want to be pretty any again,
If it'll follow another tragic game.

I don't want to be
Separated.
Like a shadow going on a trip without its body.
Clouds leaving the moon to the end.
I don't want us to be people's
Ridiculous gossip,
Like an exaggerated happy ending,
So touching that it becomes indifferent.

我不想專門地為了等你
讓曲子又再一次輪迴
不想在你來時發現我等你
不想早到，不想遲到
不想寫詩，如果你不看
不想唱歌，如果你不聽
不想美麗
如果跟隨就是一場冷清的薄命

像影子離開身形去旅行
流雲離開月明去終老
不想讓我們變得
耐人追尋
像一個說得太過動容
