重たい雲が月を隠すけど と、
雲のすきまから、まだ月の光が輝いている。
ただ一つの星だけが明るい月とともに。
誰も何も言わないで、
静かな夜に、
雲が切れるのを待っている。
星は星のままで、月は依然として月のままでいる。

As the black cloud obscures the moon,
The light still shines down soon.
A solitary star befriends the bright moon,
Silence unites them in the gloom.
Still and silent night
Wait…till the cloud moves,
The star is still the star; the moon is still the moon.
