While I stamp on you shadow,

雨つぶ

お寺の屋根の上に滴る（したたる）雨つぶ
神社の前の石段に打ちつける雨つぶ
池の噴水と庭園の芝生で踊る雨つぶ
一緒に揃いの方へ向き、静かな沈黙に満ちていく
響いてる音で、いっぱいで、
心の隅に、前からあった思い出が
しとしとと降る雨とともに
少しずつ蘇る

私は秋の黄昏（たそがれ）を好みます。
ほんのりと明るい空のなかにたちばな色（あかね色）の夕焼けが見え、
映画のワンシーンのような雰囲気が体験できるからです。

川岸でススキが秋風に揺れるかのようなすっきりとした気持ちを感じています。
トンボがあっちこっちに飛び回っています。
あら、草むらから一匹の蛇が蠕いてきます。
恐らく、冬の食べ物の準備をするのかしら、
それとも、お腹が空いて食べ物を探しているのかしら。

今年の秋は、バッタが私のギンモクセイの葉をよく噛もうとしますね。
今年は、花がまだ咲きません。
もし、早朝、甘い香りがしたら、それはギンモクセイの花が満開になったということですね。

One Scene of Autumn

The autumn evening is one of my favorite things.
There is some twilight which confers from the autumn sky.
And the sunset glow is accompanied with some orange brightness.
The whole atmosphere is like a scene in the movie.

There are some reeds swaying with the autumn wind.
The dragonflies are flying everywhere.
Aah, there is a snake crawling from the grass.
Maybe it's looking for some food for the winter.
Or is it just hungry right now?

The grasshopper perhaps is ready to eat our osmanthus leaves.
If I were woken up by the smell of the flowers,
it must be a full blooming season.

The twilight in the autumn evening is my treasure.
The thin, light sky with lemon color,
The sunset glow dyed with orange pleasure,
Like a scene in the movie theater.

The reeds keep on swaying by the river,
The dragonflies flying everywhere.
Behold! A snake is crawling in the bush.
It's about time to sleep in the winter.

Grasshoppers just can't wait,
But the flowers haven't bloomed yet.
If I'm woken by the smell,
It must be a season full of sweet scent.
