I just found a way to talk to my spirit (Higher Self, guardian angels, whatsoever).

Yesterday, my husband wanted to eat a piece of cake so much, so we went to a bakery. Before entering the store, I asked my spirit (one of my guardian angels) whether there were some cakes unsold or not, since the store was nearly closed.

The following is how I talked to "IT".

Me: There won't be any cakes left, will it?
(You can't let your mind to control the result, so you'd better to offer the opposite choice.)

IT: Yes, there are still some left, unsold.

Me: Really ! If there aren't any, it will be fine for me. Just tell me the truth.

IT: Yes, there are indeed some cakes left on the shelf.
(Then "IT" showed me the vision in my brain. I really "saw" the cakes on the shelf as always.)

Me: Ok, then I will enter the store and buy some pieces of cake as always.

Then I stepped into the store and found some "chocolate" cakes on the shelf.
 
Out of the store, I told my husband that I had had no expectation that it would be "chocolate" ones. What a surprise! ( We usually have vanilla cakes, and I didn't "see" chocolate beforehand.)

Our mind always tries to dominate everything in our life; however, our soul just stand aside and do nothing. Sometimes our soul will help us in danger, but most of time, it just watch.

Our subconsciousness lurks somewhere and tries to hinder our mind. If we want to let things go smoothly, we must ignore our mind and subsconsciousness. 

How to igore our mind or subsconsciousness?

* Do the opposite way, so our mind can't have a hand on it. And we won't feel disappointed and depressed about the result.
* Accept the worst and honor the ending; give ourselves time to mourn the loss.
* Take a deep rest or a retreat, not feel guilty at the same time.
* Write ! 
Write at least five things to be thankful for every day for seven days.

There are more methods to heal ourselves and get nurtured, if you are interested, you will find the help eventually. 
God will help those who help themselves. And ask help first; otherwise, angels won't interfere our lives.
